Features

A complete tour of what GarageBook does — described exactly as implemented, with nothing invented.

Vehicles

A profile for every machine you own

Add cars, bikes, scooters, SUVs, trucks and autos with their registration plate, brand and model, purchase date and price, odometer reading and an optional photo taken with the camera or picked from your gallery. Insurance and PUC expiry dates live on the vehicle and feed your reminders.

Expenses

Fifteen categories, zero guesswork

Log any cost against a vehicle — or trip-only costs like food and hotels — in seconds. Filter the ledger by vehicle, category and date range; every entry can carry an odometer reading and notes. Service expenses can also schedule the next service by date or kilometres.

Fuel & mileage

Fill up. GarageBook does the math.

Enter litres and price per litre — the total is calculated as you type. Mark full-tank fill-ups and the app derives your real km/l from the distance travelled since the previous full tank, so every tank becomes a data point on your vehicle's health.

Trips

The true cost of every journey

Create a trip with dates and odometer readings, then attach every expense the road throws at you — fuel, tolls, parking, food, hotels. Trip analytics roll it up into total spend and cost per kilometre.

Reminders

Renewals that never ambush you

Nine reminder types cover the paperwork and upkeep of Indian vehicle ownership. Reminders are colour-coded by urgency — overdue in red, due-soon in amber — and live in Upcoming and All views inside the app. Mark them done when handled.

Your garage, in numbers

Four analytics tabs — Overview, Monthly, Categories and Vehicles — turn your entries into monthly trends, category breakdowns with percentages, per-vehicle dashboards and trip cost-per-km. Export a PDF report and share it through any app on your phone.
