1. Ownership
© 2026 GarageBook. All rights reserved. The GarageBook application, this website, and all software, design, graphics, logos, text and layouts they contain are the intellectual property of GarageBook and are protected by applicable copyright and other laws.
2. Your data stays yours
The records you create in GarageBook — vehicles, photos, expenses, fuel logs, trips, reminders and notes — remain your data. You grant GarageBook a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate the service for you. This licence ends when your data is deleted.
3. Limited licence to you
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on your own devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the Terms.
4. Trademarks
"GarageBook" and the GarageBook mark are trade names of GarageBook. Google Play, the Google Play logo, Android and AdMob are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names appearing in the app or site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
5. Copyright concerns
GarageBook has no public content sharing — your records are visible only to you. If you nevertheless believe material within our app, website, or marketing infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with details and we will review promptly.
6. Open source
GarageBook is built with open-source software, acknowledged on the Licences page.
